Snao Cone
Today at lunch when I was walking the dog, there were two geese going across the sidewalk being all cocky about making humans stop for them. Then they saw my dog and freaked out and flew away. In other words, I have been unable to try picking my nose with a goose for logistical reasons.

SorryNotSorry
Damned if I know. Maybe someone can coin a backronym for it. Ace makes me think of the Ace hardware store chain, also fighter pilots who've shot down at least 5 hostile aircraft in combat.
Skycaptain
Maybe it's because movie credits often have ACE after the editor's name and its subconscious https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Cinema_Editors

Grey-Ace Ventura
I asked someone who capitalized it in a post here. They don't know why.
Firefly8
I've also seen "ase", which is jarring for me. Which is worse: "ACE" or "ase"? Yeah, I think "ACE" is still worse.
Missing
I think writing ace in all caps is like the AVEN equivalent of calling your teacher Mom. It's an odd association thing that can sorta make sense on a subconscious level until you think about it for a second and then it becomes clear how terrible of a mistake it was.
