Γεια σας, φιλοι μου! I am Chinese living in Shanghai. I have great interests in Hellenism, and wish to learn and practice Greek in daily life. Any suggestion on Greek learning for an absolute beginner?😃

Things you can do:

- Take greek lessons in Shanghai (but this may be impossible and/or expensive)

- Take greek lessons online (either through a learning platform or through apps like Duolingo)

- Follow greek popular culture like films and music (Greek films with subtitles are a good idea but subtitles may be hard to come by)

- Visit Greece (that can be very expensive for someone so far away)

- Make some greek pen pals. This is great and probably the cheapest solution. Unfortunately, I'm quite busy these days so I can't help you much but there may be others here who may be able to help.
