tali.lynn
One of my favorite unintentionally aro songs is "Amores Platónicos" (Platonic Loves) by Julieta Venegas - OK, so it's actually about "giving up love" or loving someone but not acting on it (prefiero amores platónicos ... consuelo de haber perdido demasiado = I prefer platonic loves ... consolation of having lost too much) but parts of it are more aro, and I like to pretend. WoodwindWhistler
This week on "An Unintentionally Aromantic Song," someone interpreted and covered "Like a Virgin" in a non-sexual way and it's glorious. This has always been my favorite version. So beautiful. I know, right? Whoever did the cinematography was amazing, and her voice is amazing, and the accompaniment. It's intriguing how she manages to have an unrecognizable accent until she hits a couple of syllables. And it's beautiful all the same.
