Honestly, if you are looking at a relationship where you may end up doing sex/sexy-stuff, then you don't have to present this but it can be a way of gauging each others wants/needs. To do bondage etc. You need a solid level of trust and communication, and there are dedicated forms that let you tick what you are and aren't comfortable with. So to answer your question. But, someone not being strongly into something for themselves also wouldn't mean they're not OK with it and you couldn't still be compatible. It's better to go through the yes/no/maybe lists, imo. Yup, better just talk with the other person what you can and want to do, gives much better results than just laying some list under their nose.
