Eta Carinae
Those of you who read LiveJournals and the like may have seen little quizzes around on them. They're usually things like "What element are you" or "Which character from X movie are you" and after you've taken the quiz you get HTML code for a little graphic result to display in your journal/blog/etc. Anyway, I found a fairly serious "What's your sexual orientation?" quiz, and it has asexuality as one of the possible results. Made me happy, anyway. <a href="http://www.surveyjunkie.com/quizzes/MSS/">http://www.surveyjunkie.com/quizzes/MSS/</a>
Madame_Sosotris
Yay! I like feeling like an option ;-) Guess what my result was! Come on, Guess! Yup, that's right! :-) I'm a bona fide asexual, thanks to Internet quizzes ;-)

Some of the questions made me pause. Things like "Equally attracted to males and females"... Ah, yes, I suppose not attracted to either is "equal".
night_raven
i like how they ask about love and attraction, and not just from the idea of asxuality. also, i noticed that sometimes they say attracted and other times sexually attracted. not sure if they're trying to make a distinction there though. nemesis
Lol, I don't know, that's a good question. I'm told that desire for sex goes down the more malnourished a person is... something about hierarchy of needs. Perhaps that?s what they associate as the main reason a person would be asexual. And maybe someone just like the photograph...
