Lady Girl
The Admod bi-weekly bulletin is undergoing a few changes. Previously, it has been the responsibility of anyone on the team who wanted to work on it. With staff changes and sometimes busier times in Admods, the bulletin was not always published on a bi-weekly basis. The bulletin will now be posted monthly (at a minimum) and is the Project Admin's responsibility. With this in mind, it may be published more frequently, but members can expect it to be posted at least on a monthly basis, and it is one of the current duties of the Project Admin. SkyWorld
Where does the responsibility go to when the Projects Admin is too busy to update in time? Or would someone just have to volunteer?
Lady Girl
It's part of the job description for the Projects Admin. If it doesn't get done, they could be reported for dereliction of duty. As the current Projects Admin, I hope to publish it by the end of each month, as the last one came out in late August. WünderBâhr
Where does the responsibility go to when the Projects Admin is too busy to update in time? Or would someone just have to volunteer? Generally speaking, in the past, Admins have stepped in to cover when another Admin is either unable or unavailable to complete a task. This was mainly because they had the same permissions, regardless of forum. I would assume that this would remain in effect, or whoever bolunteered to add a post could do this. Mayhaps the Site Comments Mod could also keep an extra eye out, since it is under SC? Whatever works best with time and tasks.
Member4445
If Lady Girl was going on a LoA, she could just do the bulletin before disappearing. One of the benefits of being able to do it at any time during the month.

ThaHoward
With minimum do you mean that we have to wait one month before it can happen (i.e, it can be posted at any time after 1 month, but not before) or that 1 month is the deadline (it can't be after 1 month) so that it is posted minimum once each month? Skycaptain
It means one bulletin per month as a minimum, but with the availability to publish more often if necessary,
