Hey everyone!

I've noticed a lot of asexual bloggers on Tumblr, so I wanted to do a poll to see how many of you have, or have had, a Tumblr blog.

Thanks in advance for answering!!

I don't really post a lot of my own stuff, but I follow a lot of blogs. Including some of the ace-centered ones.

Yes! I currently run a Supernatural blog, and a side blog with anime, and anything else I like that's not Supernatural. :)

I used to be super active on Tumblr, but my blog was mostly fandom related; I also had a side blog for photography.

I don't use either one anymore; I'll log in very rarely, but the show that my blog revoled around ended, and the fandom kind of fractured, so I moved on. I'm not opposed to restarting my blog at some point if I become involved enough in a new fandom, but not just yet.

I use it, but mostly to add stuff to my favorites...like my youtube account. I don't do much, but when I do, I just post videos of me reviewing movies on both.

I used to and still have an account but I haven't used it in a long time. I keep forgetting about it lol. I used it to connect with other fans many years ago and posted random things.

I tried tumblr but didn't like it, so I don't bother now.

I had to vote other for question 2 as there is no null option

I do have Tumblr, because this is one of the easiest ways to have a blog for me. I post a variety of things there: my daily life, pictures of kitties, my photography, surveys, music I like, posts about genders, mental disorders and asexuality, some funny things and kind of "fandom" posts about my favourite TV series.

Just everything I like, because it's my small personal space.

No, I don't use tumblr. I've been on it a few times, but quickly decided that after I spent several hours of "one more page" that I was better off not returning for productivity's sake.

Aside from mindlessly clicking away on mildly amusing GIFs, there's not much appeal for me. It's not a very clean format for blogging or journaling; I'd rather just use WordPress.

Sort of.

I have a blog but it's rarely touched. My fandoms have become sinful trash dumps so it's a pain to work through all the to find the good.

I usually use it to post photography, art and reblog stuff but I'm more into IG.

I used to be very active on tumblr, but Sherlock is on the eternal hiatus and I decided to let it go until the next episode finally airs (on Christmas, apparently)

I have a Tumblr, but rarely go on it (doesn't seem to suit me) and only joined so I could follow some art pages. Which reminds me I should probably check it again soon...

I'm pretty far down the tumblr rabbit hole to be honest. I have a main blog which is 70% fandom 10% random funny posts 10% social justice and 10% personal posts, I have a fan blog dedicated to some youtubers, I have a gaming blog, I have a Disneyland blog, I have a dog grooming and general pet blog, and I just recently started a Fictoromantic/Fictosexual support blog.

Yep, far down the hole.

I still go on tumblr but not often and not for long. Mostly if I'm looking for something to cheer me up, something related to a ship, or to rant.

I currently do use Tumblr, have been since around '09 and I recently made a new account cause I wanted to start over? Kind of needed to close a part of my life. I mainly blog about my favourite bands, a few shows and about my mental illness etc.

I find myself wondering why I'm still caught up in it, though. There's people who take certain things too far and it kind of takes the fun out of it. Cause I turn to my blog/dash to kind of get away from real life.

Thought about it, but I couldn't spare the time. I have friends who use it for fandom stuff.

I don't use tumblr, but wasn't able to answer the poll because it requires an answer for every question and there wasn't an "I don't use tunblr" option for the second question.

I clicked 'Other' but yeah, it's not ideal

I used to have a (multii-fandom-mess) tumblr. I got into it because of a few friends that also had and still have (multi-fandom-mess) tumblrs and it was a fun way to pass time and connect with faraway friends and new cool people. Also, I found AVEN through tumblr....

I deleted my blog two years ago for a few reasons. I realized it was a huge time suck and the uber-social-justice bloggers were getting on my nerves, but what finally drove me to delete my tumblr, rather than just leave, was a problem with a few stalkers.

Anyways, I'm happier and have so much more time now that I don't have a tumblr.

I basically live on Tumblr. It's an addiction... one that I should seriously fix.

My first one is a personal/fandom blog that I almost never use.

My second is my social justice blog, although I mostly follow self-proclaimed anti-SJWs. I do blog lots of ace/aro stuff on it, though. This is my main.

My third is for something that I'd rather not talk about. ;) (it's not porn)

My fourth is a hybrid of aesthetic (pictures and shit) and witchy/pagan crap.

My fifth is for fashion that I like, also serves as an aesthetic blog.

My sixth and seventh are devoted to Animal Crossing and The Sims, although I rarely use them. I lost interest.

My eighth is a proposed shitpost generator that I seldom use. Yeah, I'm not going to explain what I mean by that. :D

Aaaand my ninth is for mental illness thoughts. It's more like a vent blog.

Yup, I have a serious Tumblr addiction going on here.

I use Tumblr. I mostly reblog things from books, movies etc. I like, humour, feminism, lgbtq+, etc stuff. Or whatever I feel like. I am a creature of whim!

Imma go on a whim and say that the fandom part of tumblr is the best part of tumblr.

I have never used it. I avoid all social media (which yes, I do count as an entirely separate phenomenon from forums) as much as I can, and there has thus far been no reason that I need to use Tumblr. I am still very much hoping that all of the reasons I have to use a couple other forms of social media dry up soon so I can go back to happily and utterly ignoring it.

To be fair, if I had to choose one social media thing to use, I suppose I might pick Tumblr from what I've seen. It looks like there's a slim chance one could carry on an actual conversation on it, which I've not found to be true on any of the others, and (to me) that renders them annoying and pointless for what they're intended to do (which I'm not too wild about in the first place).

I thought about making a tumblr account at one time but I decided against it. It's not really my thing. I'm not really a big fan of social media.
