Masturbation/slightly intrusive question/TMI

I enjoy the act and do it regularly. I vary between looking at sexual imagery online (sometimes pictures or maybe cam girls, always soft-core as anything more disinterests me to the point of being counterproductive) if I want to not be involved with the stimuli, to fantasizing about sexual situations which I am apart of. The fantasy's that I am apart of are always fictional, and I have no problem using real people that I personally know as I am sure that I don't experience any attraction towards them in real life. This huge distinction between what I'm comfortable fantasizing about and my experiences in real life is also a factor into why I consider myself in the gray area.

"To each is their own" as the saying goes, everyone responds differently to masturbation. I for one find the act dull and meanigless and only derive a second of pleasure from it before I reach levels of irritability.

You know when you're home by yourself and you think about eating something, you're not hungry, but it sounds like it might taste good and no ones there to see you dig into whatever it is you want? And you think, "might as well" ? And you feel no different afterwards and don't know if it was a waste of time or not? it tasted good, but you feel like it didn't really happen? but if you don't, the other person will come home eventually and you'll not have the chance until they leave again, and you feel a compulsion to just eat the thing and get it over with? but it's still quite enjoyable???

If I try and conjure up someone's face, or a scenario, I'll grab the last face I saw and it's usually a co-worker (which is horrid, scary, disgusting) and at that point, i have to stop because I'll start to feel bad. Staring at a wall, however, is fine  The wall is my lover :cake::cake::cake:

I enjoy masturbating though most of the time I do it, it's to distract myself from something (my depression acting up, a headache, cramps, etc.). It has felt like a chore to me a few times since I don't always want to masturbate when I have a headache or something but it usually is just a nice way for me to kill time. When what libido I do have acts up though, I don't like masturbating. It just feels different. I guess when I normally do it, I don't think of it as something sexual so when I do try to do it when my body is considering it to be sexual, it feels weird.
