I'm dying from the heat. Someone please tell me there is a cool place somewhere in the world... I need hope

I think that the arctic is cold, but then David Attenborough keeps telling us that it's melting and the walruses and polar bears are going to die, so maybe not.

Refreeze the arctic! We can start a GoFundMe campaign. And then get summer palaces.

Getting fat really makes certain body parts more prominent, I really need to gather the nerves (and funds) to join a gym... #agenderdysphoria

I laughed as I read a few days ago a person was setting their air conditioning to lower than they were supposed to. The problem where I live is that private homes don't come with air conditioning, only heaters. So when it gets bad, I think about going to museum where they have to control temperature and humidity.

So, today is friday the 13th, yes? People reacted on two of my offers on the local craigslist equivalent after weeks of silence. That's why I consider it my lucky day. Every exam I wrote on this day came back with top grades, stuff like that.

I recently had a dream that I performed my own double mastectomy with some alien technology I'd been given, and even though my dream self didn't look any different afterwards for some reason, I'm lowkey really disappointed that it didn't happen. I won't be able to get top surgery until I'm a legal adult and can pay for it or get insurance to cover it on my own, which means I have to wait at least a year and a half, and it's really frustrating sometimes.

Maybe they're in the holidays and forgot to put a message on their page?
How long has it been? I mean, mails go missing. So if it's long enough you could simply ask them again.

Actually, I think it was my body's way of telling me that I needed to get up and pee...  Because that's the end result...XD

The dominant part of my gender does both of those at the same time. (I’m demifluid with my static part being libramasculine.)

hahahahah, okay, I just remembered something.
I read a lot of books and get a huge chunk of my reading from open libraries. You have a bookshelf out in the open, and everybody is free to give and take. Since I am in Germany, only a small pile of said books are in English so if it's English, fantasy and not the umptieth part of a series, I tend to grab it without really looking. I'll probably return it anyways. So, I got this book about ranger-type people paired off with wolves and trained to protect the humans. Sounds awesome, yes?
Only I ... didn't really look at the cover. Next to the wolf was a nearly-naked guy and it turned out that there is an emotional bond between a wolf and their human that encompasses even the urge to mate. Basically, it was gay porn fantasy. Which came as a huge surprise. Then I noticed that I failed to notice the half-naked guy on the cover.

So I looked at the picture before reading anything and was thinking about how cute the horse was, and it didn't even register that the person was shirtless until I read the whole message. Wow.

Yeah not even lying, the horse definitely caught (and continues to catch) my attention first. I like horses, even if they freak me out a bit cos the biggest pet I've ever had was a Dalmatian.

And no, not even one of these Dalmatians.

Hello humans it is me again.
Some things happened since the last time I "saw" you.

Sooooo I think I'm figuring out my [a]gender a bit more. Lately, I've been having daily dysphoria about my chest, si I searched on instagram for some trans guys, top surgeries and stumbled upon quite a lot of non-binairy afab who got the said surgery. It gave me so much hope but at the same time made me realise how much I was (and still am) dysphoric. SO I kind of decided that I want top surgery. I'm currently waiting for a call from a gender/orientation clinic to get specialized therapy I guess. So yeah my ideal aesthetic have always been trying to look like a boy who looks like a girl who looks like a boy who looks like a girl etc. And know I realised that It's actually possible!? (But not soon because health system...)
Cut myself a shorter-than-ever mullet yesterday so I feel better know.

Pride is mid August where I live and I managed to make myself a nice and soft ace t-shirt!! (with a lot of help from my seamstress friend)
And here it is!

I wore it to pride but never managed to reach asexual group. Next year!!!
Speaking of asexual community... I finally went to a meeting. (They have monthly meetings but I was always ending up not going because of anxiety. )
So I went, knowing that I was the only one "going" on the [french] facebook event... but when I got there, there was a group of people speaking in english soooo I was not sure if that was it. They had nothing indicating that it was an asexual meeting. So I went to the back of the coffee shop and just sat alone... waiting for something to happen??
But nothing happened. Just had an anxiety crisis and was not able to get out...
So YEAH next time maybe I'll arrive before everyone... I think it would make thing easier? Do you have any advices?

That's all I think.
Thanks for listening! 🍰

So good to see people making their own stuff 🙂 ... I made an ace tank top and an agender fleece jumper/sweater thing last year. But right now in my part of the world (and at the last pride event I went to) it's too cold for the tank top and too warm for the jumper!

That's such a shame you didn't find the ace group. It's pretty common for groups like that meeting in a public place to have some kind of object (a toy, a book... that sort of thing) on the table to be recognised by. If so, wherever they advertise online they should say what they're using as a mascot.

Whoa I'd love to see the clothes you made!
At pride I didn't reach the group because I was late hee hee
And at the coffee shop it was like there was another meeting probably planned on another facebook event maybe in the english community because none of these people were on the french event.... anywayszszszss it's alright I'll go to another one maybe with a friend so I don't paralyse he he

I've known of the term agender since I found out about this site, but I never really talked about myself being agender until recently-ish. I identify as an agender woman, mainly because I'm cis-passing and will probably never fully come out of the closet. I don't think I'll ever stop publicly passing as a woman, and so I don't think I'll ever stop experiencing life as a woman. I don't know if anyone else is the same and is experiencing life as their assigned gender rather than as their gender/lack-thereof? How do you deal with some of the insecurities that come with it (i.e. unsure of yourself and how best to present yourself)? Thanks! ❤️

Hey @crazypimpernelfan! I'm in a similar situation, agender girl (in this case, girl refers to biological reality, not gender) and in the closet because I'm still a minor and attending school (but once I turn 18 I plan to be more open about my lack of gender). I think that most of your insecurities are caused because you only recently began to see yourself as agender, and they will slowly fade away. It's just the initial shock of the discovery, when you keep thinking "I'm agender, what now?" and you're not sure of what's to come. It's perfectly natural, I experienced it too. One day you'll see you'll wake up and find most of your worries gone, as you've accepted your identity. My advice is to just keep living your life for now without worrying about your (lack of) gender identity, and eventually the problem will solve itself. Unfortunately, giving it time is the only way to get through the initial shock. However, if you find that you're overwhelmed, don't hesitate to talk to someone.

Now, the best way of finding your gender expression is to try out a lot of styles and see what you like best. For example, you could go to a clothing store and pick out things you like from both the women's section and the men's section for a more androgynous presentation. If you find you don't like the way men's clothes look on you, you can always wear exclusively women's clothes and there's nothing wrong with that! There are many feminine-presenting agenders and masculine-presenting agenders. Basically, gender expression is totally different from gender. I have an androgynous gender presentation, but that doesn't automatically make me androgynous, as I'm agender. So just go with your gut on this one! But remember, you don't have to make a change you don't like just because you feel you should because you identify as agender. You are you, first and foremost, and if you think you look good in long hair and dresses, or very short hair and cargo pants, or a medieval knight's armor, or literally anything else you want, your opinion and comfort with your presentation is all that matters!

Oh, and just out of curiosity, have you looked into the term cis-genderless?

(One last thing: If you feel like you object to anything I said, don't feel pressured to do it just because I said so! Always take your time and think for yourself! I wish you the best of luck!)

I am, but not by choice. I just "look" like a female despite wearing almost exclusively male things (because I like them, not necessarily cos they're male). I am 100% agender who prefers masculine clothes, long hair and nails and goes by a unisex nickname *shrugs* I kinda just switch off now to gendered shit, it's the easiest way in public.
