I have a labret and even if that was the intent, I don't know how it might enhance "smoochy time"? The labret sticks out half way down the lip and making out with tongue on the outside down the the bottom of the lip would be...upleasant. And I think unpleasant for (most) sexuals as well. Tongue piercings I can at least understand the practical benefit, although its important to note that many who get their tongue pierced do not do so for any sexual reason, but a labret? If you're curious, what happened was: My best friend and I were sleeping together, which is really typical of us. We are very cuddly, but not sexy at all. There was a bit of struggling because I was half asleep and wanted to scratch. I wasn't feeling anything other than grumpy for most of it, but at one point he ended up on top of me while holding my wrists down; that got me really aroused for some reason. I'm sure it had something to do with me being restrained/vulnerable and him being rather aggressive/forceful with me. But something similar happened way back in high school with a (now ex) boyfriend.
