Herr Joseph von Löthing Posted April 7, 2011 Share Posted April 7, 2011 It's to do with the forum software running, the English forum used IPB, and the other forums use PHPBB3. I don't know exactly why this is, but I think it's to do with: Licensing. The IPB license may only allow one installation per purchased license. Resources. PHPBB3 is easier on the server than IPB, and the English forum is by far the busiest, so it makes sense to run the software with the most features on that. However, it is possible to have other themes installed on PHPBB3. Ask the admins on the board you use if they can install themes. Link to post Share on other sites
