I answered female aromantic because I was AFAB, but I'm agendered, and the poll says "gender," not "sex," so I am a little confused? Is there a possibility of adding more options, three separate questions, romantic drive for females, romantic drive for males, and romantic drive for others? Sorry, you can ignore this if it too much trouble.

As a matter of fact, there can be up to 20 options per poll. However, this is a fairly old thread and there were only 16 options allowed at the time.

Female here. Probably average-ish romance drive. I certainly like romance within my relationship (though not of the red-roses-and-box-of-chocolates variety) -- but if I were single, it's not very likely that I'd be actively seeking out a romantic partner.

Same here, definitely. I love romance in a relationship but when I am single (which I usually am) I don't ever think about it unless it is brought up by others and I don't really feel a strong need to have it.

I'm not quite sure how to quantify something like 'romantic drive,' but this seemed to fit me the best. I would neither describe myself as extremely romantic or extremely aromantic. It's one of those things that kind of depends on my mood. I don't often prioritize romance as super high on my list, but it certainly is a desire at times.

Unfortunately, this poll doesnt actually show very well whether there is a higher percentage of males or females who are aromantic, as more females have answered.

I voted high romantic drive "male", taking "gender" to mean "sex" in this poll. I am male-bodied, but identify as genderqueer/bigender, for what it's worth.
