Luisa Posted March 17, 2003 Share Posted March 17, 2003 I have my "Fuck Sex: An Asexual Statement" painting ~and~ my "Only Losers Use Drugs," the canvas that is against commercial "pushing" of medicines, and includes an ad for Viagra and Avlimil on my computer now. I can email them to people. But I don't know how to do the thing where you can make a picture have a "link" so that people can go to it. If I email these pictures to someone, would you be able to set it up so that people could click on a link, or paste it into their browser window, and see the pictures of the paintings? (I really don't know that much about computers.) Warning: The pictures are not very good. There is a ~major~ flash which reflects back, and obscures most of the middle parts of the canvases. However, it should be good enough for people here to get the idea. The idea was not for these canvases to be pretty...I wanted them to make a statement. So...if somebody can lend me a hand, I will be happy to share these pictures with you! :D Link to post Share on other sites

"Only Losers Use Drugs" is a protest painting about the two-faced advertising that is going on in this nation. Commercials say that if you so much as smoke pot, you're essentially a terrorist. But then, they advertise all kinds of legal drugs at you, to "make you more like yourself." It actually is an ironic statement, which means the opposite of what you thought.
