Sweden, Swedish.

I consider myself European, but I'm kind of leery towards the EU in it's current form.

Sweden, native language is Swedish but my English is pretty fluent, and I know a tiny bit of German, French and Spanish.

Also, I understand written Norwegian and Danish very well since those are very close to Swedish, to the point that they could be considered the same language.

BUT..enjoy europeans (except the french..dunno why) and enjoy travelling and meeting most europeans

europe as a place to visit with it's vast differences, structures, people and way of life has much to offer

Live in the UK. Have lived in Germany, Belgium and Sweden. Don't really feel I belong to any one nationality, but been born in Germany, hence German. Speak (and think in!) English, my native tongue is German, know some Flemish, Swedish and can read French, Danish and Norwegian.

I'm from Denmark, danish, and I'm not proud of it. Actually I'm normally so embaressed of my nationality that I usually say I'm from Sweden or Norway - or just Scandinavia.

I don't identify as danish in any way - but like Universal-European or Intergalactic-Universal-Earth-Transient! I know, I know, I am just a human. How I wish sometimes it wasn't so.

Yes, European meetup sounds fantastic! ^_^

I am from Denmark, too, and speak Danish as my mother tongue, English okay, and I am hoping to be able to say the same about French one day (:

And btw, I am Danish, not European (technically I am both, but I think of myself firstly as Danish and then Scandinavian I think)! But I do live in Europe, not in some self-imagined-planet-long-long-away... And I consider the English people to do the same!

Spain; Spanish, English, French and a little bit of German. I also understand Italian and Portuguese because our lack of imagination has lead us to create a similar language to these cool nations.

I'm not proud in any way of our country. And I'm joining SilverKitsune in her escape plan.

Poland, Polish.

Wish we weren't a part of that socialist bullcrap, the EU.

Anyways I don't care where I live, it's more or less the same everywhere around the world (and yea, I've been to over 15 countries and lived in 2 different ones).

I saw your post right below mine above.

I don't think planet Earth is that far away - do you?

And I don't think there's anything wrong with expressing your anti-nationalism either, as long as it's done politely.

Besides I think your post is disrespectful.
