I live in Magog, Quebec, Canada

A neighbour of mine moved from Magog to my city looking for work when he was younger (back in the mid 50s).

Ride a cock horse to Banbury Cross

To see a fine lady ride on a white horse

With rings on her fingers and bells on her toes

She shall have music wherever she goes

Central Indiana here. Or where the Mshrooms grow and the Leprechauns play.

Me insane? :wacko::wacko::wacko:

OMG!! You mean there's more than one of us here? Want to get together and do asexual things? If there are even more of us we might even form a herd. Thousands of us stampeding across the plains of the Hoosier state. That would be wonderful!

Anybody living east of Amsterdam would currently never make it to the city on a bike. Too much headwind! You'd end up being blown into Germany...

The video from the windstorm the other day looked pretty bad.

Wow, that news made it all the way to Ontario? I feel all special now .

That was actually a previous storm, but indeed quite a bad one. We had the highest severe weather warning (red), two people died and lots of damage. Winter here is the stormy season, and this winter is shaping up to honor its reputation.

I message with an AVENite from Portugal. They can't believe we here about stuff from there too. Not sure if it's because there are a lot of Canadians of Dutch and Portuguese (among other European nationalities)  the media covers these stories or it is to avoid covering news in Canada  .

Today there has been a lot of coverage of the Seine flooding in Paris.

There's news in Canada?

(the US is generally not very good about covering news in other countries, sadly)

Central Indiana. I posted something on the get together forum and was surprised to receive a response. I suppose there are two of us here. Sometimes I wish I could reproduce asexually..

The US networks always carry something that happens up here. We here hear about Trump on a daily regardless of the importance. "His nominee for Secretary of Agriculture is..."

Really how many Canucks actually care about that news? You'd almost think they'd put a man on the moon.

(sorry for the rant)

Pass through each year on our trip to the NASCAR races in Brooklyn. Used to motel in the Ann Arbor area back in the 80s and 90s. Spend the weekend at the track now with an RV.
