Clumsy Fairy
God Sauerkraut. I once went on a 30min straight rant in an eastern European hotel bar about 'Who the fuck thought of doing that with cabbage of all things, then who the fuck said "Sure go for it", then what drunk moron ate it and said "Wow THAT tasted great", like seriously just WHY is Sauerkraut, like WHY?? The ONLY thing good about the stuff is it gave me material to keep about 10 half pissed patrons laughing for a while. It was the best rant I ever went on, but no. JUST NO... Sauerkraut... God no no NO NO no NO. noooo no NOOO no no no... Who wants to take on Vol-au-vents?

nazokashii
In that case yum - I've been wanting to make them for a long time, but just never gotten around to it ^^ I'd use a lot of wonderful fresh crisp veggies and probably some fruit(s) too (say, carrots, purple cabbage, pak choi, cucumber, mango/persimmon, just for some possibilities), herbs (mint maybe), maybe some tempeh or tofu, and make a very spicy chili-type sauce to go along 😋 Bamboo shoots?
