sounds like I should be salivating when she rings the bell...

after googling (it's German?) I'd think yuckish, not a big fang of meringue.

Yum... if it's spicy.

Zurek (also known as the ‘White Barszcz')? 8) People usually eat this soup for breakfast, and they always eat it on Easter morning. Zurek is a soup made of sour rye flour, sprinkled with chunks of kielbasa and hard-boiled eggs. You know the Lord has risen when that first bite hits your lips. :)

Taffeta is feta cheese that has matured in the river Taf (South Wales). The latest highlight of Greek-Welsh cuisine. Yumyumyum.

Depends what you do with it, but the curry I cook with moolis is definitely very yum. And another less common vegetable I like to use for curries is...

@Starbogen  Don’t just base your answer on our words…

If it is a dish, look it up at the pictures the way it presented… you might find it appealing. Every dish deserved to be enjoyed, people prepare it with love! > Zurec (< click for picture)

@Skycaptain  Never heard about “mooli”, but I know “daikon” which is another name for this radish. Love dikon radish salad! :)

@timewarp  Dudi… I know about it. Tried many Indian dishes, but cannot be certain if I ever taste it.

Please note that consuming bitter bottle gourd is extremely dangerous. Always wash, peel and taste it before using it.
I think, I will pass on it! Sorry!

Kumis (< click for picture) - is a fermented dairy product traditionally made from mare's milk. This drink remains important to the peoples of the Central Asian steppes, of Huno-Bulgar, Turkic and Mongol origin: Kazakhs, Bashkirs, Kalmyks, Kyrgyz, Mongols, and Yakuts. Due to fermentation, have slight alcohol content.
It is very refreshing especially in hot weather. Love it!

I mean.. I get your point, but I tend to dislike breakfast foods, sour foods, sausages, and eggs, so I thought it was a safe bet that I wouldn't like it based on the description.

I just googled pictures of it and yeah, doesn't look appetizing to me either sorry. It looks and sounds like something I wouldn't be interested in trying, but yeah I can't say 100% for sure that I wouldn't like it if I tried it (just not my kind of meal sorry).

Kumis also doesn't sound/look like my thing so yuck, sorry! X'D
