Exactly what I thought when reading the poll question. I anyway voted for both "no idea, I never asked".

When thinking about it, I think I would prefer talking about my own sex life and asexuality to my mother (my father died several years ago) - but only if I am really forced to, because I wouldn't spontaneously talk to her about it! :huh: - than hearing about hers! :o

I get the impression that parents aren't really that sexual. I wouldn't say they're asexual, but they were both virgins when they got married in their mid 20's (though religious reasons probably had a significant impact on that) and they're still together and faithful now despite living on opposite sides of the world and only seeing each other once a year.
