Ok ok, I know you're gonna want more than that (which, fair haha). 
 

OBVIOUSLY TMI AHEAD, EVERYONE HAS BEEN WARNED.
 

First off, the clitoris has far more nerve endings than the vaginal canal and for most AFAB folks is responsible for more pleasure than penetration. However, when you're aroused the body prepares for penetration -- and that part is essential, because penetration without arousal at best feels like not much of anything except some pressure, and at worst can be very painful. Physical arousal makes it far more likely to be the source of at least some pleasant sensations. The muscles relax, blood flow increases to that area, natural lubrication occurs, and there's something called 'vaginal tenting', a process where muscular tension in a person's body lifts the uterus upwards, which creates more space in the vagina and that makes penetration a lot more comfortable.

 

Biological facts aside, it feels like... a pleasing fullness, I suppose? When I'm in the mood for sex and my body is starting to get aroused, I feel like I'm sort of craving that sensation of, er, being filled. And the motions involved in sex, like squeezing your pelvic muscles or circling your hips and your partner moving in and out certainly add to the pleasure. Also depending on an individual's body (specifically, the distance between the clitoris and the vaginal opening), clitoral stimulation is possible, and of course that can feel really good and also increase the likelihood of experiencing orgasm that way. I have, but not often. And certain positions can make it more likely; woman on top increases the chances of that happening for me, or at least there's more sensation even if I don't orgasm, or penetration from behind can work (aka 'doggystyle'... don't love that word myself, sounds crass to me but whatever). 
 

A big portion of what makes it pleasurable for me is the emotional component, which of course means I'm more likely to be physically aroused. As I'm sure I've said before, there's an intimacy and vulnerability to having someone you love and desire, er, literally inside you. You couldn't possibly be closer to each other, and I love that sense of closeness and find it a big turn-on.

Can't answer, no real experience.
My only experience of that would be at the gynecologist with ultrasound... and that's obviously not the best feeling 😅

I'm thrilled I don't remember much of anything about the transvaginal ultrasound I had nine years ago. 😅 I know it wasn't enjoyable though, that's for sure.

 

I find it wild when people (I don't mean on AVEN, like just in general) wonder if something like inserting a tampon is pleasant. No... for so so many reasons haha. I don't find it a problem at all, but like... it's not a sexual act in a sexy situation, there's no arousal, it's really small compared to a penis or a toy or even someone's finger when it's being used in a stimulating way, it's being done by a doctor or medical imaging professional...

Not sexual (don't know why that's relevant) but I've had my fair share of deep cuts from our cat

It stings a little. No I've not caught rabies from him yet. Whether he just gives a nibble or tries to shred your hand seems to depend on his mood. Go figure.
