[demisexuals and demiromantics only, please] Question for my fellow demi -aros and -aces: what do you think of our flags?

I've heard a lot of mixed opinions on the demisexual and demiromantic flags. What do y'all think of them? Feel free to elaborate on your opinion in the replies, if you wish :]

Ooh, neat question. I love the meaning of course, but truthfully, I'm... not a big fan of the demiromantic flag, visually. It's not bad per say, but it's not as pretty to me as the ace flag, in my personal opinion.

 

I do really like that the aromantic flag colors were used; I'm not really sure what could theoretically be done about the design though. I suspect it's the layout of the colors more than anything for me; the big blank space of white at the top seems too big. Maybe it would look better if it had more stripes? Or more green, possibly the two different shades of green used in the aromantic flag? I've heard different things about the meaning of those shades though, so I'm not sure what would stay true to the meaning.

I think flags for things that aren't countries are kind of strange as an overall concept.

 

So basically, I have no real opinion, nor do I even know offhand what it actually looks like.  If it doesn't look like a 5 year old made it, then I guess it's fine, or whatever...?  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I know you asked for demisexual/demiromantic responses, but honestly I just want to say that I love the demisexual flag I think it's the best one out there of the lgbt flags that I've seen.

This poll is being locked and moved to the read only Census archive for it's respective year.
