It does cite Wikipedia as the source at the bottom so it's not outright plagiarism and they explain that it's there as part of an attempt to put informative placeholder pages on .eu domains so basic information is available without going via a search engine. One can't plagiarise Wikipedia. It's free. Their Terms of Agreement mentions that one can take any piece of information, modify it, publish it anywhere without their consent...
