Semi skimmed. Don’t know where that sits on the 1-2% spectrum.

Also a particularly type of oat milk, which is particularly good in coffee.

Give me all the fat.

There's 0.3% fat milk in Denmark and to me that's just water with extra steps.

I'll have pretty much any type of milk I find on markdown except coconut milk (autistic sensory issue) and although I like some flavoured milks, I don't tend to buy them as they're calories for calories' sake and can't be chucked into a recipe.  However, a vegetarian friend who has looked into plant milks says they're not as good for you as regular milk, so that's my preference.

I had something called coconut water in a can. It was OK, but I've no idea if it's the same. Coconut flakes are pretty popular in Poland, and that was basically coconut flakes in water form :P

@KarretNope it's not the same. Coconut water is literally water from inside of coconut (I don't know if you've ever bought a whole coconut? BTW water from green/young coconut is tastier) while coconut milk is a thick liquid extracted from coconut pulp. I'd say coconut milk is more similar to cream than to milk actually.

Anyway. I normally consume cow milk but, a few years ago I had temporary digestive problems which made my stomach hurt because of some products, including cow milk, so I tried some plant milks instead. I like the taste of oat milk and rice milk but soy milk... not so much.

Also I use coconut milk in some oriental dishes.
