I don't think 1970-1988  was a bronze age. It was so weird and different that I don't even know if lies within any kind of Disney ordering. I would call it the dark age, you got some very dark material out of this time period.

I chosed Disney's Renaissance cause that's where there are some of my favorite movies and most of the ones that I considered iconic, like the Lion King, Mulan, Beauty and the Beast...

I also likes those we have now, but they have a different vibe to them.

I visited the link and it's all about the animated stuff. Disney has a lot of really good live action stuff that came out of the so called "Silver and Bronze Age" eras. That's what I watched when I was a kid, esp. on World of Disney - every Sunday evening, like clockwork ...

The Renaissance is the era I grew up in so it holds sentimental value. In fact The Little Mermaid is the first Disney movie I remember watching and is still to this day my favorite. Also a big fan of the Golden Age classics like Snow White, Cinderella, Pinocchio, etc.) the Revival era has had some good ones too (although Hot Take: I can NOT stand the snowman from Frozen. There I said it)

I grew up mainly with Disney movies from what's labeled here as "The Renaissance" period so if I had to vote for one that'd be it. But I also grew up with older ones, I had no idea 101 Dalmatians and Jungle Book were so old! And skimming the listed movies it was great to remember some movies I had forgotten even existed, like The Rescuers. Also cool stills from some movies, like Cinderella, I'd seen it as a kid but it's interesting that even now, looking at those stills, there's not much with that mythic grandeur.

Yeah, I grew up in the 60s and watched the Sunday night show regularly, too. Lots of good (albeit faded) memories from those days. We didn't have a color tv though, so my memories are B&W.

I like a lot of the older stuff, going back to Snow White, Merry Melodies, etc., and the stuff from the 60s or thereabouts (Jungle Book, Winnie the Pooh, Robin Hood, etc.). I haven't watched much of the newer stuff (which for me is anything from the 80s to present). (not counting a lot of stuff they acquired - Star Wars, Pixar, Muppets, etc. - a lot of those are things I like).

It's interesting no one picks Wartime Era. I'm not surprised though.

A large percentage of the material made during that period just never gets re-shown.  (Checks Wikipedia)  Yup, a lot of their effort (like Warner Brothers') was going into propaganda shorts.  So all that's left is a handful of short pieces no one actually associates with the era, Song of the South (now considered sufficiently racist that it's sometimes hard to find in North America), and a couple of other even-less-renowned live action-animation mixtures.  Basically, unless you have a real fascination with propaganda films, there's nothing there to prefer.

(I'm a child of the Bronze Age, but was never all that fond of Disney's animated movies.  They never really struck a chord.  I gobbled up bad early anime dubs like Warriors of the Wind and Battle of the Planets instead.)

Basically from the Bronze Age to present, with most of the movies centred in the Renaissance era.

If I'd have to pick a favourite per era it'd be:

Bronze: The Rescuers

Renaissance: Hercules

Post-Renaissance: Atlantis: the Lost Empire - tied with Brother Bear (yes, Phil's soundtrack is better in this movie than in Tarzan)

Revival: Encanto (Coco, if including Pixar)
