[Research Request] Asexuality Terminology

As a part of a research request from @RobinTaire, we have the following:

For an upcoming study about terminology in the AVEN community, the researcher would like to collect a range of terms that the members of AVEN have come across in their life, regarding their sexuality.

 

To make sure the researcher does not miss out on any important terms, this is a space for you to suggest those terms that you think should be included into the work.

 

The terms must be related to an asexual orientation, but do not need to fit your personal preferences. All terms specifying an orientation are welcome (for example aroflux, or gray-asexual), as are terms that you may potentially not agree with but that are commonly suggested by people when they hear of asexuality (for example terms as celibacy or abstinence).

 

This topic is purely meant for suggesting terminology, not for debating these terms and their validity. The suggested terms will be inserted into a survey, which will appear on these forums at a later stage. In this survey you will be able to give your opinion on each of the terms.

The researcher will only take the suggested terms itself from this topic and will not mention the (usernames of) the people that suggested them in the survey or in the research paper.
