Oldest US Ace Groups and Pride Parades

Does anyone happen to know whether there were any regular ace meetups happening in the US before the San Francisco groups started meeting in 2006 (informally) or 2008 (more formally)?

 

Or any Pride marches before 2009?

 

I'm working on some local materials and I'm trying to determine whether it's accurate to say that San Francisco had the oldest regularly scheduled offline ace meetups and the first ace group in a pride parade (at least in the US).

 

I'm particularly curious about when New York, DC and Boston folks started meeting, if anyone knows - I remember those also being pretty old groups. 

 

(also, I'm focusing on the US for now, but I'm also curious when various other international groups started getting together).
