MarRister Posted August 31, 2022 Share Posted August 31, 2022 I'm generally not big on fashion and just kind of wear whatever might be somewhat considered 'in style' that have caught my eye and what I think looks good on my body shape and makes me feel good. But I don't think my style says much to people about who I am other than, boring white girl. I also kind of hate shopping, so don't update my wardrobe all that often. There is a lot of clothing and things I do like the look of, but either I feel don't compliment my body type or the discomfort factor pretty much means I never wear them. Like I am not big on wearing dresses or skirts since I often feel self conscious in them. I don't really ever wear heels because I mostly find them annoying despite liking the look. I generally will not compromise my comfort for fashion unless if it is for some special event, like I would likely wear a dress and heels to a wedding. I prefer more casual clothes, which tends to be skinny high-waisted jeans, a simple t-shirt, and maybe an oversized shirt/jacket/plaid on top. I like black shirts the most it seems, though am also quite a fan of burgundy. I don't wear much in the way of jewelry, accessories. or makeup. I used to find crop tops fairly uncomfortable too, but I find I can like them now if they aren't super cropped and I am wearing high-waisted pants with them. Same with short shorts, I used to feel really uncomfortable in them, but am mostly fine with them now as long as no butt is hanging out. 2 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Gloomy Posted September 5, 2022 Share Posted September 5, 2022 When this stupid hot weather subsides I can start wearing stuff like my knee high combat boots, thigh high socks, Speed O Sound Sonic cosplay (because obviously I can’t wear a black catsuit and purple scarf when it’s freaking hot), Izaya Orihara cosplay jacket, my cool looking hoodies and jackets, etc. Right now I have no choice but to live in short shorts and tank tops. I still have a fondness for band t-shirts and emo/gothic style, so somethimes they mix. We change clothes, but it all looks the same. We're on week 5 and I have yet to repeat ANY outfits. I haven't even exhausted all of the clothes in my wardrobe. B) and yet somehow I still need more clothes.... here are some clothes I'm looking at right now!
