Twitter has gray mode, which I like much better than the true dark mode (though I would still opt for that over white).

I rather like the black of Twitter's dark mode.

I use light mode, but always have my screen brightness fairly low, plus I use the evening/night setting that cuts down on blue light

I find that the night setting interferes with the HDR setting, I dunno, maybe it's just me.

Wow, just realized, I never changed my Facebook to dark mode! 😮

 

I wonder, is there even a dark mode on Facebook? 🤯

Unpopular opinion: I hate dark mode. I find it difficult to read and it hurts my head. I do get headaches and migraines but dark mode seems to give me far more eye strain than white/light backgrounds.

I use dark mode on AVEN, YouTube, and Discord. I don’t use the other options listed here.

I like dark mode a lot more so I used it for almost everything.  I just took a computer-based test last week and thankfully I was allowed to change it to dark mode.  To me it's much better to look at white type on a black screen than black type on a white screen.

Light mode everything, including Discord. If a website has a dark background I invert the display. Dark mode makes me claustrophobic and hurts my eyes.

Basically if something's dark mode is fully black, I use light mode. Fully black is even more piercing to my eyes than light mode is. But if it's a nice dark grey, I use dark mode (Discord's dark mode is perfect and I wish all dark modes were like that).
