The theme of the episode isn't asexuality as such, but the value of reading both texts that push to think about things which are beyond your own experience, and the value of reading texts in which you in your experiences feel seen. She talks about her reading of three texts in which she in some way feels seen in her queer spinster/ asexual experience. (Links to the texts on the episode page.)
