SpaceDustbin
Not from an anglophone country, so I had to check what the game was first, but we do have a Dutch/Flemish version, called 'zakdoekje leggen' ('put down the handkerchief'). It's quite similar, but instead of touching people on the head and saying 'duck duck goose' or whatever, the person who's it has to place a handkerchief behind one of the people in the circle - who all sit there with their eyes closed, singing a song, and at the end of the song, everyone has to turn around to check the handkerchief, and after that it's basically the same as the other version
