I've been waiting to see if anyone else wants to take it as a permanent position, but apparently not. I have (had?) a policy along the lines of reserve mods: People who come for a short time to help fill staffing gaps. I've had these nightmares that Admods are going to be discussing and voting on this policy without actually putting it through a proper test. So this is the time to test it - I can easily play the part of a reserve member. With the team almost at full size again (assuming everyone running gets in), we are in a perfect position to test having a reserve member on board to see if that is a benefit to the team and its staffing level.
