That cake is amazing ❤️ My only advice is to do your best, and pace yourself. I always found the best way for me to weather storms in admods was to remind myself that I was always doing my best. So if the membership was upset, or people were arguing... at least I was always doing my best, and I cannot do better than my best. For me, that allowed me to not take it personally. Oh, and slow down. Nothing ever needs to be done within 24hrs. You always have time to sleep on it and think it through before doing something.
