I have plans for at least 4. I want the two peter pan stars on the inside of my left wrist with a trail of pixie dust wrapping around my arm, a Phoenix on my hip (not sure which one), Alice in Wonderland theme on my right shoulder, and a compass with a cross for the needle on my left shoulder blade!

I want lots of koi fish and dragon tattoos. Maybe a hammerhead shark one, too. :3

I want one or two, but I'm horrible at making decisions like that, so it probably won't happen. Plus they're expensive!

This. Plus I'm lazy and a procrastinator. :)

If I ever did get one it would be on some place like my upper arm, where I could cover it up easily or possibly show it off without being too revealing.

Both my sisters have tattoos, multiple, I think for both (definitely for my younger sister), but I haven’t got any.  I’d like to get one at some point—I’ve really been mulling over Van Gogh’s last words (supposedly).  Maybe something to do with the Titanic or 19th century theatre.

i have none but want loads!! too afraid tho, ironically probably more scared of actually going to a shop and interacting with people than the needles and pain and stuff. 🙄 also money is an issue as usual..

Same here

I think I might go for a constellation tattoo at some point, as those are not too obvious, and it'll be hidden in plain sight between my birth marks

I considered the idea of getting a short phrase discreetly tattooed on the edge of my wrist where I would be able to see it when I draw.

... then I realized that's one of the single most painful places to get a tattoo. 🤦‍♀️

I love tattoos🖤 I have four and I want a lot more but right now I can't afford to have one. As about style, I like my tattoos to be unique so I do a lot of research in styles before deciding. My preferred style is blackout, which has a lot more black ink than in the other styles if not all black. Then I like the tattoo to follow my body lines instead of it being like a stamp and not to have limits in a body part, if for example I have one on my stomach not to remain strictly in that area. The bigger tattoo that I have starts on my shoulder and ends on my ankle.

I've never been interested in having any myself, but I think they can be pretty cool on other people.

I have one of "Do I dare Disturb the universe?" on my left ribs. It was probably one of the coolest experiences that I've had, don't think I'll get any more though.

I don't have any.

I've considered it every now and again, but I'd want to be really sure that it was something I would always want to have, and that seems like a hard thing to be sure of. Much easier to just wear a shirt with a design I like.

I don’t have or want any. I can’t think of anything I’d want permanently on my body.

Got my first one done earlier this month. I'll be getting more next year as I found it a healing and transformative thing to do.SndohCP.jpg

Your tattoo is stunning!

I'm so pleased with it. My tattooist did a wonderful job and was really friendly and totally relaxed me, I'll be going back to get her to do more designs for me in the new year.

I've considered it before, but I don't think I'd ever really get any TBH. I'd probably lose interest and decide I don't like it after a few months 😅

If I get one, then I am going to get it where it is not visible when wearing short sleeves and shorts. As much as I think it is ridiculous, there are still many employers who don't allow visible tattoos or piercings. So if I got one, it would be somewhere like my shoulder or my back. Depending on what it was, I may consider something smaller on a finger or my wrist.

I got one last month, have another booked for April, and ideas for another 2 or 3.

I'm not against it per se, but I know perfectly well that I could never muster that level of commitment.

I could never get a tattoo. I have low pain tolerance, and there is nothing I can think of that I'd want plastered on my body forever.

Got one at 18, and I want a second one at least, but time never seems to be on my side.

  • 5 weeks later...

I've got a lot of plans for future tattoos, though i don't have any yet

They're put on hold though until i have money/the time to travel to the artist and then heal the tattoo
