I just wonder, what’s the point? The plane can’t go anywhere until everybody has boarded, and everyone takes off and gets there at the same time! I can’t really understand why there is even demand for it. Something I would be interested in however (which no airline currently offers as far as I know) is priority disembarkation, and a system where your hold luggage arrives at the baggage reclaim first. That might be worth paying a few bucks extra for. Yes I don't understand this either, why would anyone pay more to spend more time stuck in an uncomfortable seat in a metal tube? Priority boarding is pointless in itself, but some seats (like those in the front with extra leg room) are listed as priority boarding by default, for whatever reason. verily-forsooth-egads
I see I'm in the tiny minority who answered "middle." It's not that I fly often or have much of a preference to speak of. But give me the choice and I'm very happy with a partial view of the window and only one person to climb over or get climbed over by—best of all the worlds in my opinion. Cosmic Latte
Nice to know that most of us love the window seat 😄 I clicked "First" because I have flown first class before 😅 ((it was before 9/11 and I was very young at the time, I've been in economy ever since))
alexis89
If it's a short flight (a few hours) and it's unlikely that I'll have to get up, I like the window seat, for the views during take off and landing. For any longer flight I always want the aisle seat if I'm flying by myself cause I hate having to disturb strangers if I want to get up or go to the bathroom especially if they are sleeping. If I'm flying with friends or family I don't really have a preference. I've only ever flown economy. I prefer to travel as cheaply as possible, so I've never felt the desire to spend the extra money.
