Grumpy Alien Posted May 27, 2020 Share Posted May 27, 2020 I don’t know where you live but I’ve had therapy in both the US and UK and was able to research who I wanted to see - they generally have information online to help identify what sort of clients they specialise in. While I’m not LGBT+, I have had therapists who specifically specialised in that. I also recommend looking at what sort of style of therapy you think would suit you best.
