I am a 43 year old virgin, and after being around people who told me there was something wrong with me, I gave in and performed oral sex on a man when I only meant to make out, just kiss. He pushed my head down and I rationalized that I must have consented to this. He was hairless and I thought it was odd. He also ordered me to wax or shave my vagina. Wish this never happened. I didn't say that you, particularly, should. I simply truly believe that concerns about sex as a means of perpetuating inequality are a legitimate reason to be celibate. However, I would say that my own celibacy is about 55% personal sex aversion (nudity aversion and so on), 30% being convinced that there would be nothing worthwhile to "gain" by overcoming my aversion and becoming capable of having sex (and, because of my sex aversion, the very idea feels violating), and 15% political sex aversion. For me, porn did not teach me to be hairless, that was a personal preference as I hate hair in pretty much any part of the body (it causes me anxiety) I definitely can't sit and watch anything with hair, it's just an instant "No, just no" reaction.
