i have first gender clinic appointment

hey not been here much but  i thought i'd let you all know i have my first appointment with the gender clinic on the 11th of march , am so nervous and am unsure what to say or have question 

am scared they will say its my bpd  that makes me like this  i want to be male so much my husband is supper supportive and so are all my friends . unsure if i'll getting hormones or if they think i should get  them

My BPD and my gender dysphoria might be linked together because of the identity disturbance... But they are still separated. I see BPD more as a psychosocial difficulty and Gender Dysphoria a bodily thing.

Do you know if the therapist or psych is a member of WPATH? If so, you may be in good hands. WPATH members generally really want to help.

 

You might not get hormones on the first visit, but we'll see.
