Alexander James Posted January 16, 2020 Share Posted January 16, 2020 Hey, so my boyfriend is trans and he binds often and his dad keeps making him walk to school, his school is really far away from where he lives and its all up hill, his dad won't listen to me when I try to explain the dangers of exercise like that and binding simultaneously so I was wondering if anyone could help me Link to post Share on other sites
elizabeth17 Posted January 16, 2020 Share Posted January 16, 2020 has the exercise been hurting him/has he voiced that? because while exercising while binding definitely isn't good my friend who binds has only had serious problems when he tries to lift heavy things while binding. walking is generally fine for him, granted he's able bodied which makes a massive difference.
