I don't like fizzy drinks, and Cola is fizzy.

dr. p, obviously. but if we're going coke, then cherry is the best flavor

I don't like any of them. Cola drinks are really really bad. They contain phosphoric acid which literally dissolves the enamel of your teeth. They are best avoided.

I selected the last option ("I don't like...", although technically that's inaccurate. I've never actually had coke/pop/soda/cola/whatever-you-call-it (and honestly, don't plan to), so I don't know what (if any) I'd like/dislike. :)

Yuck, yuck, and double yuck! Anything but brown, hyper-sugary sodas.

I used to drink a lot of Coke and Coke Zero, but it is just so unhealthy. I haven't had any for a while, and it is just kinda gross now. I still get some at, like, a restaurant, but i wouldn't consider buying a can or anything. The only soda I've had in a while is 7-Up. Never did like Pepsi at all.

Depends on my mood, but if I had to pick a favorite it'd be coke. I drink a lot of diet soda, which I know is awful for me, but I just prefer the taste of diet soda than regular. Although lately I've been just drinking a lot of seltzer water to replace it.

I don't see Dr Pepper around that often anymore sadly. I do quite like it. However, vanilla coke, with a good rum always goes down well.

I'm generally not a fan of soda.  I like sweets as much as the next person, but I don't like the taste of drinks with either high fructose corn syrup or artificial sweeteners.

That said, I like Mexican glass-bottle soda from time to time, preferably lime or mango.

None. The bubbles are uncomfortable, they are waaay too sugary for me, and I can feel the phosphoric acid on my sensitive teeth. Nope nope nope.

Does anyone know what the difference is between Diet Coke and Coke Zero?

Coke Zero is marketed as "The same taste as normal Coke but with zero sugar", but isn't that exactly what Diet Coke was meant to be, which existed for many years before the Coke Zero variety was introduced? They are both sweetened with aspartame. I suspect they are identical substances and it is all a marketing ploy!

Coke Zero is no calorie and no sugar. Still not exactly "healthy", but there it is. It mostly tastes like watered down Coke, which isn't bad if you find Coke sugary. It tastes quite different than Diet Coke. That is its own thing.

none of them :P

They're all too strong for me personally (they legit burn my throat when I drink them). The only coke products I have been able to drink and had a very smooth, nice taste were the ones my brother brought back from Spain and the one I had while in Korea. Less sugar too :P

Diet Rite is the best cola.

Change my mind.

It's not the best cola as it uses corn fructose syrup instead of proper sugar but I like caffeine free cocal cola even though it's near impossible to get here except for specialist import stores.

I don't know what the chemical difference is, but they do taste very different to me. I can't stand Diet Coke (at least after they changed it somewhere in the late 80s/early 90s; it tasted better the first handful of years after it first came out)... whereas Coke Zero is tasty enough, even though not exactly the same as the sugar version.

Anything with cane sugar, NOT HFCS, for me, thanks! I recently had a cane sugar Mountain Dew. Took me back to when I was a kid!

Fanta, since I like fruity stuff. There's not really one flavor I prefer.

I rarely ever drink soda/cola/coke/pop/fizzy-drink, but when I do it's usually Dr. Pepper or orange or strawberry Fanta.

I prefer the un-cola (7Up) :)

I don't think of Dr Pepper (or Mr Pibb, Coca-Cola's attempt at a similar drink) as a cola. I'd take it over the actual colas (Coca-, Pepsi-, RC, etc.).

I don't drink any kind of soda often (maybe a few times a year), but my preferences run more to root beers, cream soda, ginger ale, and 7Up.

All colas are really bad for the stomach as well.

For the Frenchs people here, I've tasted the "Breizh Cola" and I thought that it tasted better than the original.

None of them. Cola is fizzy rust remover.

Is this is an asexual forum where's Virgin Vola, though? :P:P

Out of these choices Dr Pepper. But really I prefer either no-name / supermarket own brand cola or really fancy ones (like the Fentiman's Cola). Both kinds of choices are far more value for money than the big brands where you pay mostly for the name.

I do prefer Pepsi but I rarely have it. In drinking establishments, I go for coke zero as sugar in the normal stuff is very bad for my skin.

The sugar reduced Pepsi doesn't seem to be an option there.

I was really confused by this until I realized Cola wasn’t referring to Coca Cola. I prefer Pepsi.
