reliable, research-based resources for demis?

A friend of mine has just realized she may be demisexual.  Can anyone recommend good (ideally online or ebook) sources for her to learn more?  She hasn’t had a lot of  exposure to “less typical” genders and sexualities so a positive, factual approach will go a long way towards helping her adjust.
