Yup. As a matter of fact, my sister and I used to snack on them when we were little. We thought they tasted like cheetohs.

Kaleidostorm Posted August 24 "Styrofoam thingies". Very precise, I know. They're not necessarily even made out of styrofoam, I think they're made out of another foam material - not that I'm an expert.

Jelle van der Lee Posted October 12 We have it a lot in my factory from all the suppliers that deliver parts for us, and we always call these "popcorn" because of how fluffy they are sometimes, we might call them "cheetos" for the same reason. I have never heard any of the other names, though. 🤔

Incidentally, they taste like nothing. I'm not sure how it went in the original, but anyway I like (some) children's films and have the film "Over the Hedge" on DVD (in Polish). If you don't turn it off during the credits, there are some dialogues in the background, for example something like: Quote [Some animal says that something is so bad that styrofoam would be better to eat.] [Hammy the hyperactive squirrel]: - I have eaten styrofoam. Tastes like styrofoam. I'm not sure how it's in English, but in Polish "tastes like styrofoam" is understood as something having more or less no taste.

Also I really want to eat some now.
