Skycaptain
Personally I'm much happier to see Russia building smaller vessels. Unlike aircraft carriers these aren't designed to project power, as a precursor to major aggression, although they can hassle shipping

Fortunately for Moscow, smaller ships are appropriate for Russia’s strategic focus on destabilizing, and occasionally invading, rivals just a short distance away along its own periphery." It's a good strategy. If these boats utilized blockchains for threat intelligence, navigation, intelligence gathering, electronic warfare, cyberwarfare, etc. then that would be a holy shit moment. China's already doing this, and SPAWAR is starting to dabble in it.
