Guest
If yes-what do you think about it? If you still watch it-why you do it?
SithLord
Was curious. I want to have a lot of experiences. It was weird and boring.
Guest
I haven't and I don't plan on doing it! People hardly believe me though. 😂
AceMissBehaving
I have. A partner who enjoys porn wanted me to watch it with them, and hopefully make it a thing we could do together. Just like with movies I wanted to get back to the “plot” and had a hard time sitting through so much sex. I felt absolutely nothing except uncomfortable, and could only fixate on the poor acting and production values. (Once again I should have known I was asexual when).
Light02
Yeah, I do watch porn because I'm aegosexual (I experience arousal in response to porn but I have no desire to ever have sex myself).
ModestFox
I haven't (maybe with the exception I mentioned below), mostly because it makes me feel uncomfortable. I'm kind of curious but a glimpse is more than enough whenever I come across such content. One night I felt like watching videos involving my kink, I saw quite a few while I was in the mood. It was still uncomfortable but at least enjoyable ^ ^' By the way, there was no intercourse there. But some of it felt bad because it was practically prying... I feel like it would be less uncomfortable if I could watch porn in my head, although I might be mistaken. I'm trying to compare it to headphones. Because the smaller the screen, the less uncomfortable it feels x)
Skycaptain
Initially curiosity, just to see what people do (no sex-ed hereabouts), and it does aid and abet dealing with certain itches
- Saph -
I have seen a few clips here and there. There are so many genre. Mostly it looks lame and disconnected with reality.
Grumpy Alien
I’m not asexual but I don’t understand the appeal of porn. I’ve tried it but it’s just uncomfortable/weird to me.
Guest
The rare times I've seen porn, I've become more sex repulsed by the second.
touchstarvedbuddy
i have but very rarely have i enjoyed it, it just seems too fake
firewallflower
I have not. Beyond a touch of perverse curiosity, it holds no appeal for me - and the idea is in fact repelling for me in ways that are more than generalized sex-repulsion. So despite aforementioned curiosity, I have no plans of trying.
ukrguy
I have tried watching porn but it was something to me like watching people drinking tea. I don't understand at all why seeing or touching a naked person turns people on... And the same if they touch me. Just... doesn't work lol
Scandiaca
I have. There are certain kinks that I find interesting for the dynamics of it. But I find... I find written texts much more engaging? I dunno, but for me a well written smut is much easier to understand and sympathise than most porn.
griffinej5
Yes, a bunch of times. It’s like I keep watching hoping it will do something for me, but it really doesn’t.
œddy
Depends what we're talking about. I've watched it, but find it pretty gross and uninteresting. I prefer art and stories but I'd classify those as porn too.
WanderingKate
Yes, multiple times actually, and I can enjoy it. I identify pretty strongly with the label autochorisexual, so I can fantasize, I just don't really fantasize about me being involved and have no interest in having sex in real life. Some porn I do find super cringey and distasteful, but I'm also someone who sometimes needs some kind of visual stimulation to "take care of business". Other times I can just picture a scenario in my head or find a story (which still counts as porn I suppose, even if it's just written). Luckily most of the time I can just imagine a scenario in my head and that will be good enough, because I do feel some shame watching porn as theirs such a taboo around it...and as an asexual who watches I feel even more odd and out of my element. Liana
Nope, and I found out half way through 10th grade that that was apparently a rare thing. I have 0 interest in ever watching any, and most of what I’ve heard about it either makes me feel sick or sounds weird.
rawersace
i have, i thought it was funny. kinda gross too. never saw the appeal. the reason i started watching was to see if i would feel anything by lookin at it, and i never did... *i wonder why* hahahahha also boobs are great so i enjoyed watching that
Strange But Not a Stranger
I have, but it doesn't do anything for me. I've always preferred fantasizing and/or writing those fantasies into a story.
Salmiakki
Yes. I have watched a ton of porn when I was around 9-12 years old. I have watched it as a teen too but not as much. The last time I did was in 2016. I don't find it appealing at all anymore.

That seems crazy young, but I didn't get the internet until I was 14 (and that was pretty early for the net)

I watched it with people who were even younger than me.
Skycaptain
The joys of the Internet. Modern learning, the first thing kids learn is how to bypass parental controls, and nowadays stuff that was illegal a decade ago is free to air
N8ty L3asT
Yes I find it quite boring, I watch more of the really weird sh*t because for some reason my workers have come up with this competition of “who can find the grossest things on the internet” it gets pretty disturbing 😅
Zagadka
I watched a lot of porn in college, it was a social thing many nights. It was everywhere. Most of it is hilarious, the acting and ridiculous positions or totally fake orgasms and junk. I tried watching some on my own, but i got distracted by the video journal entries from the performers which were more interesting because hearing their stories was cool. I occasionally watch some to help with my libido problems. My main thoughts on porn are actually that most internet porn is really toxic. I have no problem with people performing in porn, but these days a lot of it is freely streamed from PornHub and other places, which is a lot of pirated or amateur (and probably very stoned) things that no one gets paid for and companies skim all the profits from while doing nothing, which is disgusting. From what I've read, no one in modern porn makes anything. I've seen some "ethical" sites where things are self-submitted or well documented, and that is cool for the people who want to be in that scene but still benefit from it. Sexuality is very healthy for most people.
Ringmaster04
Trying to watch different types of porn really helped me solidify my orientation. I noticed pretty quickly that as soon as the main event started, I'd be ready to turn it off regardless of the genders of the participants. I didn't mind early scenes with guys, didn't care either way in early scenes with girls. Actually, if you experience aesthetic and/or sensual attraction, you can learn quite a bit about yourself through it. But I don't watch any more, unless it's a guys night (all straight) and they get drunk and throw it on, doesn't really bother me.
Bloc
Most porn is boring or makes me cringe. But there is some I do enjoy, when the persons are compassionate to each other. Guys or girls kissing and caressing each other turns me more on than any genital. Also seeing their face when they orgasm gives me something.
Janus the Fox
Curiosity between straight and gay porn, just not for me, regardless of sexuality.
oldgeeza
I watched a porno movie many years ago, I would have been about 15/16, I fell asleep before anything happened, I tried watching another one some time later, again, out of boredom, I fell asleep, did nothing for me, I have the opportunity to watch online but it doesn't interest me, although I don't consider myself sex repulsed, I'm happy to let others have sex, it's just not for me, watching it does nothing for me either
