There's this thng I've heard about "punching down" for jokes. Basically, "punching up" and making fun of people in power is okay, but "punching down" and making fun of oppressed, discriminated against, victimized groups is not. So making a joke about Catholic priests and pedophilia isn't bad, but making a joke about race, sexuality, or gender isn't. Link to post Share on other sites
