Nope.

Many people with mood disorders are sexual.

Many people who are asexual don't have mood disorders.

Yes and no. Mood disorders can affect many things, interest in other people in general and interest in sexual activities among other things. It can make it hard to differentiate between mood disorder behavior and sexuality, BUT they don't change your sexuality. Also medication is another factor that makes differentiating difficult. Many affect libido and sexual performance which could be misinterpreted as asexuality. I would still say that if you feel asexual then that's what you are, mood disorders and medication or not. It takes some getting to know yourself to be comfortable with this subject and get rid of the doubts.

The OP specifically used the words “could that also make me...” so the answer can only be....yes

That wasn’t a gotcha by the way.

@mistyyy_dayyy A belated welcome to AVEN!

I think it's a possibility, but I don't know if that's what has happened in your case.

Incidentally, it is a tradition here to welcome new members by offering cake,
