Guest
I saw a video discussing the definition of sexual harassment and found it interesting. It’s on BBC iPlayer and if you’re able to view it in your area I feel it’s worth watching: https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/p06x0jv5/is-this-sexual-harassment

Guest
I can give a summary. A group of young men and women are shown a video following a man and woman that work together in a bar. The man makes various advances towards the woman and the groups are asked whether it's sexual harassment. As the video progresses the groups are also spoken to by a few visiting speakers and it gives them different perspectives. They're asked in the end whether they think that the verdict is sexual harassment and the experience was eye-opening to them. That's a very brief summary because I don't want to spoil it. uhtred
Sadly videos are awkward to watch. Its easy to avoid harassing at all if someone wants. If someone wants to get closer to the edge, then there are a lot of unwritten rules: for instance clubs / bars are very different from the workplace. (Saying Hi to a woman at a bar and saying she is beautiful is OK. Doing so to one of your employees is not).
