kelico
We have a question/request from author, Elizabeth Hopkins (https://twitter.com/hidden_grove). She's wanting to post a book of Asexual Fairy Tales, and she's looking for a book publisher that specializes in ace books or one that would be really helpful and pro-asexual/lgbtq. Does anyone have any ideas/advice/help for her? : ) Quote Hello. I have written a book of Asexual Fairy Tales with beautiful illustrations by my daughter, like this. I was hoping to crowdfund it through Unbound, because I thought that would be the best way to connect with the right readers, but that has fallen through. I canvassed opinion on Twitter before I wrote it, and people seemed to want it. But I don't know any other asexual people, and haven't even come out to everyone. I don't know what is the best way to try and get it published and connect to the asexual community, to get the right sales and publicity. I could try to crowdfund it myself using my Patreon page since I have already made a video about it, or is there a publisher you know of that specialises in asexual books? I feel quite sad at the moment, and I'm afraid that other Asexuals won't like it because it's very much my personal perspective. But I really want to get it out there because it's special to me and because people want representation. kelico Project Team

This would probably be your best bet to get an anthology published: https://www.lessthanthreepress.com/submissions/ Another way would be to publish the book through Smashwords - which is self-publishing, but then you don't have to go through the hassle of submissions and such: https://www.smashwords.com/about/how_to_publish_on_smashwords

Valeati
Thanks for the interest and suggestions, everyone. I am now planning to go through a self-publishing package, using Kickstarter to fund it. But these suggestions are great, because I also have a historical fantasy trilogy about a castrato and a bird charmer, that keeps drawing a blank in the mainstream. It is in many ways an asexual love story, and it may be that I will have to go to a niche publisher with that one. So, thanks again!
