maddiebean
if i want to dress up girly and see myself girly and act girly and be cutesy and portray myself as a girl, am i still agender?
Cobaltprincess
I’m not an expert on this but I would say yes if that’s how you want to identify. From what I’ve read gender identity and gender expression are two different things. If you feel that the definition of agender is what you are or the closer to how you feel and if that label is one that you’re comfortable with, then I’d say you can totally use it. Not sure if this helped at all and feel free to correct me if I said something that’s not true. Like I said, I’m not an expert at all and I would like to learn.
ThatHuman
Yep - I like to dress more masculine most of the time, but that doesn't mean I identify as male. Gender and the way you like to dress don't have to be parallel to each other, mine sure aren't.
Taylor Lilith
I am non-binary and often agender. My gender expression is feminine. Gender expression and gender identity are two different things.
Yatagarasu
Your appearance and behavior have nothing to do with gender identity.
