Guest
I can't help with most of that but I will mention that there is a link in men between weight gain and low testosterone. I would suggest he has blood tests just to be sure he doesn't have a hormone imbalance impacting things.
MrDane
To some extend, it helps for my relationship, to think of sex as a massage that I need help with. We put sex in a schedule and this takes of quite some pressure. There is always a possibility to say, no, stop or not today or not that today. I need sex and I cannot go for a lifetime without. It creates a depression that swallows my happiness, and therefore I wont go without. If you want some sex, then the mindset have to be about finding a way to be close, that he is comfortable with. If this can count as sex, then fine, but otherwise you guys may have to think about alternatives.
