This can't be a proper poll because I can't list literally every single last job in the entire universe and I want to know the specific title of your job.

Netflix subtitler!

REALLY? Please tell me you're serious! Do you do captions or subtitles or both? Any which way, you're my hero. (I use captions on everything, as I'm HoH and I also enjoy foreign films occasionally.)

EDIT: Forgot my exact title: Electroneurodiagnostic Technician/Technologist

I stopped working due to ill health but I was a graphic designer up until 3 years ago. I want to get back to a new job really soon but it will be in something else, such as computer programming or managing websites.

I'm not working for Netflix directly but I'm working for a subtitling company which does a lot of Netflix stuff and I'm employed there for Netflix so... In general we do both, but my main job is to do "normal" subtitles. I could spoiler the heck out of you when it comes to Netflix originals...

I teach English in Japan. Most likely this'll be my last year here so come next August I'll be heading back to the UK and looking for something new. I've got literally no clue what I actually want to do for money, I've got plenty of plans for non-gainful employment once I go back but no clue what I'll do money-wise.

I do internal IT support for a chain of stores (as in I support the stores IT systems, not general public going into stores).

All of you have such interesting (potential) jobs! Me, I'm the production person for a court reporting company. I turn the reporters' transcripts into books or electronic (PDF/PTX/other) versions for the attorneys. Not the most exciting job, but it has its moments.

Admin for the billing/credit department. Basically the kind of job where you spend all day in a cubicle. Not complaining though, since that's perfect for an asocial person like me.

Radiation Protection Entry Scientist - basically I collect and prepare environmental samples from around various nuclear power stations for analysis of the levels of radiation in them. It's nowhere near as exciting as it sounds - some of the samples are really really gross

I teach English in Japan - officially, my job title is 'assistant language teacher' (generally shortened to ALT). I do hope, at some point in the relatively near future, to change that title to 'translator', though.

I stopped working about three years ago due to my mental health.  Before that, I most worked in retail (as a Supervisor) and in the bar/restaurant industry (as a Duty Manager), though my favourite job was as a Test Manager for Xerox.  For the jobs in retail and bars, I often worked up to 90 hours a week.

I hope to go back to education in a year or so (studying from home hopefully) to study either accounting or something in computing.

English teacher in Brittany in France. Freelance, so I have keys to all sorts of buildings, private and for the state, and I do loads of driving from contract to contract. Quite like it because of the variety but when ordinary teachers are enjoying two months off paid each summer I don't get paid.

It's not been my main career.. I had my own business and I've also been ; a Gardener, a Baker, a Bakery Manager at Sainsburys, delivered telephone directories, Personnel Manager for Tesco, Store Manager for the coop in Cornwall, New Hypermarket Opening Team Manager in Prague, Second Lieutenant in the Army in Wales, Chief Cashier at Lidl in France, Salesman for the credit protection association in London, Regional Fresh Foods specialist in Bristol, Employment Law Specialist for the South West UK, Salesman for a tee shirt printers, Wines and Spirits manager... there are about 8 more ... I really recommend a varied working life .. so many interesting lives all rolled into one working life. :D
