MintyZebra Posted May 19, 2006 Share Posted May 19, 2006 Yes, I took care of Grandma, not because she is a relative, or because I'm a "nurse-type", but because she was a wonderful, wonderful person and hated nursing homes. I loved it and wrote down 15 pages of poetry and lore from her youth, and learned way too much about our ridiculous health-care system. Wow, do they ever try to overdose you with pills!
